I asked Isla to share a bite of her muffin with me and she gave me a crumb. Simon handed me a larger piece. Here you can see the difference. I guess Isla doesn't like to share dessert. ;)

Bailey and Miles

As you know, we have a cat named Oliver. I can describe Oliver in a few words, "Grumpy Old Man". He doesn't like the kids, doesn't want to be near them, and likes to hiss whenever they get too close. The kids love him and wish they could share some quality time with him. NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN!

At Christmastime, the kids got some quality time with their furry cousins, my parents dog (Bailey) and cat (Miles). Ahhhhhh, so cute.

When You've Got to Go.....

We did it again - we drove to Iowa for Christmas. Man oh man!! It's such a looooong trip. We spent days planning ahead on packing so we would all fit in the Pilot without any troubles. We did!! What we didn't expect was the potty stops along the way. Since we had been working on potty training for about a month, we thought traveling would make them take a step back - especially on the road. We were wrong. Here are some pictures of Solomon going potty on the side of the road in the middle of NOWHERE!!! :) When you've got to go, you've got to go! For us....when one has to go - THEY ALL HAVE TO GO! :)

I'm not talking The Wizard of Oz this time. I'm talking about a REAL bear hanging out down the street from our house. EEK!! Here he is in the tree. I think we'll be hanging out inside for a while.

Yep, I did it again. Lais had a friend getting married so we made her wedding cake as a wedding gift for them. Here is the final picture of the cake at the reception.
