Some say we're crazy....

Laís and I wanted to experience the "Sling Shot" while we were on vacation. Laís saw it on the way into town and I said I'd go with her if it wasn't too expensive. Well, it was only $25 so there was no way I was getting out of that promise. :) Honestly, it was a ton of fun! Laís even went again later that night. She's so brave!

Our Family Vacation

Ben's side of the family (minus Pete, Liz, Owen and Aiden since they couldn't make it) met in Florida for a family vacation this June. It was quite the adventure! We took a 3 1/2 hour plane ride to Orlando, rented a van and headed to Daytona Beach for a week. It was wonderful. The kids did great on the plane and enjoyed the sun, beach and water. Here are some pictures of our first family vacation. Enjoy!

We have a walker!

We have a walker at 10 months!! Isla took her first few steps and we caught it on video. Enjoy!

Memorial Day BBQ

The whole family headed to Rio Rancho for a BBQ on Memorial Day weekend and our friend Rebecca took some fantastic pictures (below). It was the kids' first experience in grass. They loved it! Rebecca and Matt have two dogs and Bert, their white dog, kept giving Solomon kisses. It was so cute. Solomon loved it!
